Hello, my dears,

 It took some time to think about which product would suit me and the blog about mindfulness and nature. There are definitely a few possibilities and I also have a lot of other ideas. So stay tuned to see what else happens. A small, magical creature embodies the love of nature and magic in everyday life in a unique way: the fairy! So it seems very fitting to me to develop a coloring book with fairy houses and a few fairies too. There isn't a fairy on every page, so it's special every time you can spot a fairy.

 I created the book myself and am very proud of my first publication! I couldn't wait to hold the book in my hands. There was a lot of excitement and I can say it turned out really nice! It's not perfect, as if created by a professional illustrator, but it's a very special coloring book! I'm looking forward to coloring it myself and giving it as a gift to my dearest friends!

  Hallo ihr Lieben, worum es in meinem Blog geht, ist nicht ganz einfach auf den Punkt zu bringen. Der Begriff der Naturachtsamkeit vereint Natur mit Achtsamkeit auf eine bestimmte Weise. Es soll um die Natur gehen und viele weitere Aspekte. Diese Aspekte zeigen auf, wie positiv eine Verbindung mit der Natur sein kann. Ganz automatisch kommt die Achtsamkeit dabei ins Spiel.  Die Achtsamkeit ist eine Art der Meditation, die dem Menschen und insbesondere der menschlichen Psyche guttut. Sie kommt ursprünglich aus dem Buddhismus. Die Natur soll als Hilfsmittel dienen, um die Fähigkeit des achtsamen Leben zu entwickeln und festigen. Nichts symbolisiert den bewussten Moment so schön wie das Betrachten einer blühenden Kirschblüte. Ihre Blütezeit ist kurz und eindrucksvoll. Feiere die Feste der Natur: Mabon

  Hallo ihr Lieben, es ist nicht einfach mit der Natur in Verbindung zu bleiben, wenn unser Alltag meist so abgetrennt von ihr ist. Wir sitzen in klimatisierten Büros, wir verwenden künstliches Licht, wenn das Licht der Sonne uns zu schwach oder zu stark erscheint. Wir folgen dem gewohnten Weg, setzten unsere Füße Schritt für Schritt in die gleiche Richtung. Wir verbringen unsere Zeit in Städten und Industriegebieten, wo das Grau des Asphalts , die tonangebende Farbe ist.  Es bedarf einer gewissen Anstrengung zu erfahren, in welcher zyklischen Phase sich die Natur befindet, wo der Mond am Nachthimmel umher wandert, ob er als schmale Sichel kaum Strahlkraft hat, oder voller Kraft im großen Zirkel auf uns hinab scheint und einwirkt. Sicher merken wir im Sommer, dass es heiß ist und im Winter, dass wir frieren.
